Pay Rent Online – We know that it's important that you have every convenience while living in a Waterton community. We have enabled an easy, secure, and fast way for you to pay your rent online.

Simply select your community from the drop down menu. You will then be asked to enter your personal information including your resident ID*. The online payment option is only available if your community is listed. It's fast, convenient, reliable, and easy!

Electronic payments not received by the due date are subject to all fees under the terms of the Lease Agreement. Partial payments are not accepted.

*Please contact your community leasing office if you have not received your resident ID or if you feel your balance is not accurate.

Service Requests – While we certainly hope you will never need to, you can submit service requests online for our maintenance team when it is convenient for you. You can even access the status of your requests and view your service request history.

Resident Insurance – Unexpected events happen and can be emotionally and financially debilitating and stressful. Fire, natural disaster, theft, or negligence can result in chaos, particularly if essential items are suddenly unavailable. In order to assist residents and provide them with as much peace of mind as possible, Waterton Residential offers our customers insurance through Resident Shield's Insurance Program.

By partnering with Resident Shield Waterton Residential makes it easy for residents to obtain insurance. Enrollment takes as few as five minutes and proof of your coverage will then be emailed to your community leasing office.
