Waterton Residential has been built around our associates because we know that they are our greatest assets. Developing a career path for each associate is important for their professional growth and success. Training and continuing education is encouraged. Careers begin with scheduled training specific to each position using a combination of on-line and in-person training as well as cross training with fellow Waterton associates. We encourage associates to further their education through third-party educators such as the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAI), local apartment associates and multi-housing organizations, and other training providers.
