The Waterton Residential Compass Awards foster an environment of teamwork, professionalism and growth by recognizing those associates and team members that embody a spirit of entrepreneurship, pride and respect and foster teamwork.

Our quarterly and annual Compass Awards recognize the success that our on-site teams achieve together and individually. Awards are presented for leasing, service team, and a variety of budget related categories based on revenue and expenses. Associates receiving a score of 100% on their quarterly shopping reports are awarded $150 for their excellent performance! The most coveted award is the Customer Service Achievement Award which recognizes the associates in each region who demonstrated the highest level of customer service imaginable both quarterly and annually.

Additionally, Waterton’s individual departments and managers recognize good performance in a variety of creative ways.
